The platform acts solely as a technological and organisational intermediary between the vehicle owner and the renter, facilitating conditions for the parties to enter into an agreement.
A rental, use, or other arrangement regarding a vehicle is concluded directly between the car owner and the renter. AutoVey is not a party to that agreement, does not acquire rights or obligations under it, and is not liable for performance by the parties, except as expressly provided by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
AutoVey is not liable for the technical condition, safety, legal compliance, insurance coverage, accuracy of description, completeness, fitness for use, or other characteristics of vehicles listed by owners on the platform.
The vehicle owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided, the lawfulness of their right to dispose of the vehicle, the existence of required permits, insurance, registration documents, and compliance of the vehicle with applicable law.
The renter independently decides whether to book and use a vehicle, assessing its terms, characteristics, and suitability for their needs.
Responsibility for handover of the vehicle, compliance with deadlines and rental terms, return of the vehicle, dispute resolution, compensation for losses, fines, damage, and fulfilment of financial and legal obligations lies directly with the parties to the transaction.
Use of the platform means the user fully understands and accepts AutoVey’s role as a digital intermediary service and agrees to the allocation of responsibility among participants in the transaction.
5. Technical limitations
AutoVey is responsible only for the proper operation of the digital platform, processing user requests, and performing service operations within reasonable technical control.
The company does not guarantee the absence of temporary outages, technical errors, delays, access restrictions, data loss, or other unforeseen circumstances caused by external factors, third-party actions, infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, or force majeure.
The company is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, display errors, delays in data processing, or any consequences arising from technical failures beyond the platform’s reasonable control.
